Keystone Real Estate Market Conditions

Keystone, Colorado also seems to be slowing a little in demand recently, but conditions still favor sellers currently.  There have been many new listings in the last month and not many have gone under contract. This listing surge is normal behavior this time of year as summer is the busy real estate selling season.  In Keystone and all of Summit County, this summer is going to be a true sign of the market’s endurance.

    Keystone doesnt seem to be doing too well. How is the rest of the summit county area performing?

    Summer came and gone and I didn’t see much of a change in the Real Estate industry over at Breckenridge.
