Largest Real Estate Sale in Breckenridge & Summit County History

This January, real estate in Breckenridge showed incredible signs of life with the largest residential sale in Summit County history. The ski-in / ski-out home at 382 Timber Trail Road sold for $1262/sq. ft. for a new record high price of $8,285,000 – a big jump up from the previous residential real estate record of $5.6 million. The seller only came down 1.2% from their list price of $8,399,000.

This real estate purchase is not a big surprise as the luxury real estate market for homes over $2,500,000 in Summit County remains a constant “slow but sure” type of market. These properties usually have a location and quality that will always attract the luxury real estate investor.
