Real Estate Transactions Take November Dip

SUMMIT COUNTY - For only the second month in 2006, Summit County real estate numbers took a dip in November versus last year, according to statistical analysis provided by Land Title Guarantee Company.

Breckenridge led all areas with 73 transactions and $38,187,800 in total dollar volume. The average transaction price in Breckenridge was $523,121. Keystone followed suit with 66 transactions and $20,989,500 in total dollar volume. The average transaction price in Keystone was $318,023. Both Frisco and Wildernest had 29 transactions apiece, though Frisco accounted for $13,317,500 in total dollar volume in November compared to Wildernest’s $8,016,800. The average transaction price in Frisco was $459,224 and $276,441 in Wildernest.
