Sept. Another Record Month for Real Estate

SUMMIT COUNTY — Real estate buyers and sellers were busy setting another record for the month of September, maintaining the momentum built up by the local real estate market over the past few months.
In September, according to new numbers gathered by Land Title Guarantee Company, transactions reached an all-time high of 445 “actual recorded deeds” logged for the month. This follows a record-setting month of August, where transactions also reached an all-time high.
